Hello!

We've built our careers as a way to explore our interest in the world. Between us, our expertise spans conservation and natural resources, community development, global health systems, and food systems—but we're quick studies and pride ourselves on communicating complex ideas well, no matter the topic. Designing programs, winning the funding to run them, and managing the many processes in between is our love language. Every day spent with a passionate team turning big ideas into reality is a day well spent.

We combine a deep respect for effective systems with a genuine love of people. Our backgrounds across program design, project management, business development, and operations allow us to integrate quickly and add value across functions. Whatever the assignment, we lead with curiosity, stay grounded in mission, and use data and real-world insight to help partners make smart, sustainable decisions.

Meet the Team

We're eager to bring your vision to life.

Melissa "Missy" Boucher

My name is Melissa Boucher ("Boo-shay") and you can call me Missy. I founded this small consultancy in 2023. With thirteen years of experience in designing social programs that work, my roots are in international development. What I love is helping mission-driven organizations grow and execute high-impact work that makes the world a better place. I specialize in organizational strategy, program design, and development and fundraising—all through a commitment to building real relationships and deeply understanding the people and organizations I work with. Outside of work, you’ll find me with my partner, kids, and two furry cats; enjoying long walks; tending to my houseplants; or getting lost in a craft project. Let’s do something great together—I promise it will be fun.

Hannah Zebley

My name is Hannah Zebley. For more than a decade I've been helping organizations win the work that matters to them. I specialize in proposals and business development—shaping win strategies, crafting technical narratives, and building partnerships. I help teams to design programs that fit both the organization and the donor, whether that means engaging the right partners or aligning key messages. I'm at my best when helping teams strengthen the processes to grow: streamlined systems, practical tools for managing projects and pipelines, and the kind of planning that turns strategy into action. I hold bachelor's degrees in international affairs and anthropology from the George Washington University, and these days you'll find me in Nashville, Tennessee. I can't wait to dive in to help your organization grow.

Megan Girvin

My name is Megan Girvin and I have spent eight years designing and implementing programs in public health and social services at the local, national, and global level. I specialize in proposal and capture strategy, technical writing, competitive positioning, and strengthening systems that make organizational growth more effective over time. I believe that strong relationships are fundamental to great proposals, which is why I invest as much in the people behind the bids as I do in the end-to-end proposal development itself. I hold a bachelor’s degree in public policy from the University of Virginia. I live in central Virginia with my partner, two cats, and our ever-expanding garden. When I’m not working, I spend my time writing poetry and training for my first half-marathon. I look forward to working together!
