Key-Log Economics
Working with the Founder and Principal, provide strategic planning and business development guidance for Key-Log Economics to adapt its services and client development strategies to a shifting U.S. climate policy landscape. Designed a targeted business development plan, identified priority markets, and outlined operational adjustments to expand capacity and align offerings with emerging opportunities.

Keystone Human Services - Global Programs and Advocacy
With the CEO of KHS International, led a strategic planning process for the Global Programs and Advocacy team, synthesizing insights from stakeholder interviews and organizational assessments to identify key priorities, growth opportunities, and cultural considerations for international programming. Worked closely with the leadership team to develop strategic focus areas and actionable initiatives to guide program growth, strengthen advocacy efforts, and enhance organizational alignment across teams.


Capital Campaign: Donor Feasibility Study
Claudius Crozet Park Board of Directors
Conducted a capital campaign feasibility study to assess community readiness, philanthropic potential, and strategic considerations for a $17M expansion of Park facilities. Designed and implemented a qualitative research process and delivered actionable recommendations to strengthen board governance, build campaign infrastructure, and position the project for long-term financial and community success.
Strategic Growth Framework
Inclusive Development Partners
Working with the Executive Director and President, developed an growth strategy and organizational development framework to recommend future funding sources and partnerships and model the staffing and resource implications of desired growth. Designed two easy-to-use data-based tools to prioritize funding options, predict revenue, and model organizational stucture options.


Operations and Business Development Advisor
Environmental Incentives, Inc.
Advised the CEO and Executive Team on 2025 growth strategy. Worked with the Director of Business Development and Marketing to customize a forward market/funding tracking tool to project future revenue and prioritize corporate investments. Led a dedicated program management unit to in implementing a strategy to improve program management systems, policies, and procedures. Led team in securing $74M in federal funding.
Revenue Analytics and Pricing Training
Constantian Strategies
Designed and sold a comprehensive excel- and Google sheets-based tool to organize, track, and prioritize forward funding opportunities. The tool allows users to project revenue from potential funding opportunities and understand the organizational implications of the forward market prioritization. Designed a training session for clients on aligning technical and pricing strategies in proposal development.
